We are urgently recruiting for a Junior Sales Representatives for our client in the following region: Newcastle, KZN.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Sales Representative with a Marketing, Sales, or Business Management degree or diploma
Experience within the FMCG sectors will be advantageous, however, candidates from other industries are also encouraged to apply.
Please not that this position includes extensive travel requirements.
Main purpose of the Job:
This role focuses on driving sales by presenting and promoting company products and services, building strong client relationships, expanding market share, and achieving set targets.
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) – essential
- Relevant qualification or degree – advantageous
- 1–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably within FMCG (but not limited to this industry)
- Strong computer literacy with sound numeracy and technical aptitude
- Valid driver’s licence – compulsory

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage fortnightly call schedules and client visits.
- Classify, segment, and prioritise clients to maximise growth opportunities.
- Conduct market research and maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge.
- Implement and support promotional activities as per company guidelines.
- Build and grow market share across all product categories.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure service effectiveness
- Compile and submit accurate weekly sales and ADAPT reports within set deadlines.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets.
- Manage sales administration and reporting processes to company standards.
- Ensure client deliveries and service execution meet company expectations
