Our client in the Engineering industry is looking for the perfect candidate to run their growing concern.  They require someone who will lead their team in all aspects of the business.

 Key Responsibilities

• Operational Leadership: Manage daily branch operations, including production, technical service, and workshop efficiency.
• Financial Control: Oversee the branch Profit & Loss, including budget preparation, expense control, and maximizing profitability.
• Business Development: Drive sales, meet targets, and expand the customer base through new acquisitions and relationship management.
• Team Management: Recruit, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high performance, adhering to disciplinary procedures.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.

 Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: A bachelor’s degree or National Diploma in Engineering or similar work experience Is an advantage
• Experience: 5-10 years of experience within the engineering, technical, or industrial sectors.
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of engineering products, services, or technical processes
• Key Skills: Strong leadership, financial acumen, strategic planning, customer relationship management, and proficiency in business software.

Area: Blackheath – Western Cape

Salary: Market related depending on experience
