Our client is look for a candidate who will be responsible for ensuring execution and supervision on Production throughput according to the Production schedule. The successful candidate will operate various Pasteurizers, and Ruland Sterilizers along with Filling Machines including ELPO Aseptic, Fill kraft and Fillpro fillers. First line maintenance and operational checks will be essential, and proactive thinking will be encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Operate and Optimize processing and filling of final product
• Drive OEE% and maintain Yields
• Lead filling team on all Production Lines
• General administration
• SAP ERP system work
• 1st Line Maintenance of equipment and machinery
• 5S Housekeeping
• Ad hoc duties

Experience, Skills and knowledge

• Minimum Matric
• Tertiary Education in food Processing/Production will be beneficial
• 5 Years experience as Production Operator in the Compound Blending Industry
• Operate various Pasteurizers, and Ruland Sterilizers along with Filling Machines including ELPO Aseptic, Fill kraft and Fillpro fillers.
• SAP ERP PP Experience Essential
• Computer Literacy: Microsoft 365 Package
