My client in the manufacturing industry is looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join their team in Phillipi, Cape Town.

Responsibilities (not limited to:)

• Vehicle Check sheet Collection from drivers
• Vehicle service plan implemented and vehicle servicing where required
• Booking of Vehicles for service at Dealers/Service providers when required
• Vehicle Checks in person and at Random versus Driver check Sheet
• Job Cards are to be recorded for every service and repair
• Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly preventative maintenance checks
• General maintenance plan must be developed for all working machinery
• Allocation of maintenance checks between Workshop Supervisor and workshop assistants
• General Repairs and maintenance to buildings as and when required

Skills and knowledge

• At least 3 years of experience as a Workshop supervisor in a similar industry
• Ability to prioritize, plan and organise work
• Attention to detail
• Reliable, honest and trustworthy
• Communication and relationship building skills
• Enthusiastic and energetic
