Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to lead their sales team in the heavy earthmoving equipment repairs and components industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the heavy earthmoving equipment industry.
