A South African manufacturer, importer, wholesaler and distributor of quality lighting, electrical, electronics, solar products and solutions is looking for a Sales Manager to join their team.

Essential Job Function

  • Achieve growth and hitting targets by successfully managed the sales team
  • Manage recruitment, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representative and merchandisers.
  • Manage day-to-day operations of the regional sales divisional.
  • Manage key accounts, which include engagement and negotiations.
  • Engage internally with various stakeholders in the sales process.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts on a monthly basis.
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
  • Quality control by means of store visits.
  • Must have knowledge of satellite and related products.
  • Vast knowledge of the independent trade.
  • Complete the necessary administrative tasks.

Minimum Requirements

  • Matric
  • 5 years’ experience
  • Good communication skills with a positive and friendly attitude
  • Presentable, organized, neat and able to multi-task

Salary – Negotiable
