Our client is looking to employ a Personal Assistant with experience in the Logistics Industry.

This position will be responsible to provide sales administration support to the Trading Manager, responsible for customer service, provide logistics administration (and responsible for journal and stock list management and accuracy), provide general office duties, supervise the Receptionist and Housekeeper, responsible for HC operational admin, employee life cycle admin by living the company’s values and investing in personal development.


  • Grade 12
  • Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain or Administration
  • 3 – 4 years general administration and client liaison experience with more than 2 years supervisory experience
  • Might be required to work outside of office hours
  • Dealing with multiple parties at the same time
  • Adapting to unexpected circumstances on a regular basis
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport
  • Clear criminal record


  • Knowledge of telephone systems
  • Knowledge of Mozaic (Stock and Logistics program)
  • Knowledge of stock lists
  • Knowledge of commodity trading functions
  • Knowledge of Imports
  • Knowledge of returns, credits and deliveries

Salary:  R20 000 – R25 000 CTC
