An Insurance Healthcare Organization requires the expertise of an Administrator with RE5 qualifications and experience in the Insurance Healthcare Industry to join their team.



  • Knowledge about medical aids would be advantageous
  • Data capturing skills (speed and accuracy) is essential
  • Relevant degree would be advantageous (BCOM)
  • Conflict Management
  • Regulatory Exam 5 (RE5) qualification essential
  • Experience in claims administration
  • Experience in proactively managing individual claims
  • Experience in ensuring that all payments are correct and in accordance with company and legislative requirements.
  • Understand and implement “Treating Customers Fairly” within the Department.
  • Experience in handling client’s complaints and appeals
  • Must be able to follow business processes, workflows and document system enhancements
